Studio Rules & Rental Agreement
Rental time includes set up and break down times. An hourly $125 fee will be billed if the group leaves later than the reserved time. Prior drop-off and/or pick-up after completion of shoot must be approved in advance.
Large Groups: Regular studio rental rate includes no more than 10 people per booking. If more people are required, it must receive prior approval.
Studio Condition: The studio must be left in the same condition as you found it. If the studio requires a major cleaning after your session, a cleaning fee may be added ($125/hr minimum) and will depend on the amount of work required.
Any fractions of an hour are billed as a whole hour.
All hard to clean materials must be approved before booking. Absolutely no colored smoke. Please contact us to get prior approval for anything else.
Fog/Smoke: Projects requiring fog/smoke must get prior approval.
No Alcoholic beverages or Drugs allowed inside the studio. A $500 fine will be charged for each incident.
No Smoking in the studio.
Music is to be kept at reasonable levels. Live music bands must be approved in advance.
No one will be admitted who is drunk or under the influence of illegal substances.
No pets allowed without prior consent of a Studio representative.
